     a. ClearVector collects Personal Data, such as contact details, from ClearVector pages on social media sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter (“Social Media”).

     a. ClearVector processes data on behalf of our customers, in accordance with applicable agreements with our customers. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data we process on behalf of our customers. Any inquiry about this processing should be directed to your organization.

     a. ClearVector collects, in some cases automatically, Personal Data when you use the Service. More specifically:

          i. Log Data: Information that your browser or other software automatically sends when you visit a website. Examples of this include your IP address, operating system type, browser type, browser settings, the date and time, the referring page, and what you requested.

          ii. Analytics Data: Information about how you use the Service. This information typically includes anything you view, click, or interact with.

          iii. Location Data: Information about your geographic location derived from Log Data ClearVector collects.

          v. Do Not Track (DNT): ClearVector currently does not respond to DNT signals.
